The weather forecast is only calling for a 30% chance of showers here in the San Diego area, but I don’t know how those guys are going to fare on that soggy South Corse at Torrey today. It has to be completely wet and no ball will have any roll. The rough will be matted down and drenched. It will be interesting to see how they manage their games in these types of conditions. Yesterday the weather was mixed with sun and rain off and on all day long. Looks like Villegas is within striking distance of John Rollins (who is this guy again?), who is currently at 12 under before the final round.
Here’s the shot of the day from Saturday’s rounds.
