The Masters - the only major that has the tournament on the same course every year, must mean it is special.

I would have to say the Masters offers the most appeal to the viewers. Last year was amazing and the at home feel helps a lot.

It's got to be the Masters for me. I have very fond memories of watching the NCAA basketball tournament finish and then the next weekend, watching the Masters. There's so much history, a lot of excitement, and a lot of passion tied to the Masters. I look forward to the event ever single year.

I'm with you Dave. The Open and U.S. Open are great, but for myself, and lots of others the Masters has a feel that the other championships don't have. The venue, Augusta National, is almost as important as the contestants for that tournament. It takes on a life of it's own for that week. I wonder if they'll let someone scatter my ashes there when I die? I'll have to check into that.

I really don't think it is question which major is the best. People schedule their lives around that Sunday in April to see who will take home the green jacket. The masters is hands down the greatest out of the four majors to watch or attend. It's even in this book i was reading called "the 100 sporting events u must see live" as the number one event to go to out of any sport in the entire world, so it has to be the best major. Think I am lying? check out the website (http://www.100sportingevents.com/), to prove all you US and British open phanatics wrong. I mean i have a book backing me up, I can't be wrong!!!

I like all the majors but it is difficult to watch a tournament on NBC. Today, one of the broadcasters actually requested that everyone still admire him. I wish we could have analysis on the radio like we have with football and baseball.
