I got to thinking yesterday afternoon about how little coverage there was of Tiger not making the cut at the Open this past weekend. All of the drama surrounding the Tom Watson fairytale as well as the ensuing playoff with Stewart Cink completely overshadowed the fact that Tiger actually missed the cut in a Major Championship. Something he hasn't done in a very long time.

Now if Cink had just won the tourney outright. Beating a normal group of guys..(Not a 60 year old man who's prime was well over 25 years ago), all you would have heard about on the news, Golf Channel & sports talk radio would have been about TW and his poor play. As it turned out, I can't say I heard one peep about it. Nice work Tiger. You managed to fly under the radar on this one. I'm not sure how you did it!!??
